| Format of the ADRT |
| This training programme has been
designed to offer a self directed learning web based package
to support personal and professional learning needs for
staff involved in supporting potential patients / clients
wishing to or have made an ADRT. It is in modular form,
containing many prompts / links in order to facilitate
individual learning. Progression through each module will
improve knowledge and skills, challenging existing attitudes.
The level of competence achieved by Health and Social Care
Professionals will be measured in accordance to each organisations
individual competency framework. |

| At the end of this self directed training
